SMALL GROUP TRAINING with BIG REsults!

Just like with everything we do here at Project You - we do group training differently!

We have created our small group training to be a middle ground between a packed out scary gym class where you’re struggling at the back with no real idea if you’re doing things right - and - 1:1 Personal Training with a coach.

Each session will have no more than 8 people so you will be coached through every workout & have all exercises tailored to suit your fitness levels & personal needs.
We will also help with personalised, easy to follow nutrition support + added extras like our Recipe Book & The Project You Planner to keep you accountable, motivated & on track to create long lasting habits which will become long lasting results!
