    MISSION: To be the kind of coach I needed when I started my own fitness journey. My coaching is completely personalised to you with a focus on creating new habits without sacrificing your favourite foods & your weekend wines.

    We’ll focus on building positive changes outside of the gym, get you fitter and stronger in the gym whilst bulletproofing your mind and educating you every step of the way so results last a lifetime.

    MISSION: To empower & educate clients to focus on not only physical health & appearance but also mental & emotional health too!

    I have a specialist interest in sports injury rehab & strength training stemming from my degree in Sports Therapy + years of practical experience including a pilates qualification so I can help clients increase their strength, stamina & performance, lose body fat & increase all round confidence whilst also being hands on to support clients with a range of sports-related injuries & incorporating pilates style techniques into my sessions so expect to increase your flexibility, balance & core strength with me too!

    MISSION: To help women feel the most confident in their skin than they have ever been! My sessions focus on functional movement that aren’t overly fancy or complicated so I show you just how capable your body really is no matter what your age!

    Any workout with me will always be fun, inclusive and always different with a focus on strength and mobility so we can live longer & stronger lives and honour how awesome our bodies really are.

    Meet Albie - the official Project You mascot & all round cutie who will give you the warmest welcome on every arrival!

    Albie is the sweetest little fluff ball who happily spends his days pottering around Project You playing & enjoying lots of cuddles but rest assured if dogs aren't your thing just let us know and he will happily go hang out in his bed
