  • Pre / Post Natal Training

    Our Pre & Post Natal training focuses on safety, stability & functionality with our signature personal approach as no pregnancy or birth is the same so why should your training?


    Pre Natal sessions are tailored to your stage of pregnancy, symptoms & energy levels, prioritising core and pelvic floor support, posture & functional movement for everyday strength.

    Post Natal recovery will see your coach focusing on rebuilding strength & core stability safely and progressively while we help you reconnect to your body and feeling confident in movement again with zero pressure to “bounce back!”

    We have baby bouncers & mats available to keep your little ones comfortable & our coaches LOVE a baby cuddle!

    We are on hand to create personalised & thoughtful support for you during this exciting stage of life

  • Small group training

    Just like with everything we do here at Project You - we do group training differently!

    Our small group training is a middle ground between a packed out scary gym class where you’re struggling at the back - and - 1:1 Personal Training with a coach.

    Each session is capped at 5 people, the workouts will be varied & progressive and suitable for all fitness levels & abilities. You will also supported with personalised , easy to follow nutrition support + added extras like our Recipe Book & The Project You Planner to keep you accountable, motivated & on track to create long lasting habits which will become long lasting results!
